I’m Susanna, I’m the person behind Virtual Suze.
I’ve spent more than 20 years being the person people turn to when there’s a lot going on – organising the moving parts, solving problems, keeping people informed and making sure things actually get finished.
My career has taken me through executive support, operations, recruitment, events, projects and client relationships, working with everyone from individuals and small businesses to Directors and Senior Leadership Teams.
But I’ve never been someone who simply waits for a list of tasks. I notice what needs doing, create the structure, coordinate the people and carry things through to completion.
I combine clear thinking with creativity and attention to detail. I’m practical, warm and personable. I understand both people and process and I’m equally comfortable communicating with senior leaders, coordinating multiple stakeholders or getting stuck into the detailed work behind the scenes.
I thrive on variety, problem-solving and visible progress, particularly when there are lots of moving parts to bring together. Most of all, I genuinely enjoy taking chaos and turning it into something calm, organised and manageable.

I’m also a co-founder of SUMA Travel, a specialist travel business for both family and corporate travel, creating cruises, holidays, groups and tailor-made journeys. It draws on many of the same strengths I bring to Virtual Suze namely, organisation, research, attention to detail, supplier coordination, and making complex arrangements feel straightforward.
