I will tell participants where a meeting is to be recorded or transcribed and, where required, obtain consent before recording begins. If you do not wish a meeting to be recorded or transcribed, please let me know.
Recordings, transcripts and AI-generated notes may be used to create meeting notes, action points, summaries and other records connected with an enquiry or the provision of my services. They will not be used for unrelated purposes.
These services may be provided by third-party technology providers acting as data processors.
