You get the ideas, timings, details and booking information, all pulled together in one organised plan.

The Essentials Package – £100
Christmas Eve to Boxing Day food planning for gatherings of up to 8 people.
Your package includes a bespoke menu plan, festive drinks/cocktail menu and organised supermarket shopping list, tailored to your plans, preferences and dietary requirements.
The Works Package – £210
For gatherings of 9 – 14 people, with full Christmas Eve to Boxing Day menu and drinks planning, dietary requirements coordinated, multiple suppliers researched and shopping/delivery options organised.
Must be booked by 20 November 2026.
Bespoke quotes available for more than 14 people.

£75 includes gift research for up to 5 people, with 2–3 carefully selected ideas per person and links showing you where to buy them.
Want me to take it further? Ordering, delivery coordination and tracking can be added, or I can quote for a larger gift list.

Every Christmas is different, so your Concierge package is built around yours. We’ll agree the scope and price before I get started.
Packages start from £395 for up to 10 hours of tailored Christmas support, with the final scope and price agreed around what you need.

Having everyone over should be the fun bit. The organising beforehand? You can give me that.
Whether it’s a Christmas drinks party, festive dinner, family gathering or something a little more special, I can take care of the planning and coordination behind it.
Venue or supplier research, invitations and guest lists, RSVPs, food and drink planning, entertainment, decorations, timings and all those little details that turn “Shall we have a Christmas party” into an actual plan.
Your package will be tailored to your event, with the scope and price agreed before I get started.
Packages start from £475 and include up to 12 hours of planning and coordination. If your event needs something more involved, I can provide a bespoke quote.
You host the party. I’ll handle the fa-la-la-logistics.

Because remembering who needs a card is one thing. Finding the cards, checking addresses and making sure everything is ready in time is quite another.
Send me your Christmas card list and I’ll help get everything organised, including sourcing suitable cards, checking your recipient list and addresses, preparing addressed envelopes and making sure you have everything ready to sign and send.
You add the personal touch. I take care of the admin around it.
